Installation & Maintenance Guide
1. Preparation
Ensure the base cabinet or support frame is level and sturdy.
Dry-fit all pieces before applying adhesive to check alignment and seams.
Trim or polish edges as needed using professional marble tools.
2. Adhesive Application
Apply neutral stone adhesive or two-part epoxy resin evenly on the surface.
Avoid acidic or colored glues to prevent marble discoloration.
3. Position & Level
Carefully lower the marble onto the adhesive bed.
Use spirit levels and plastic spacers to ensure flat and aligned installation.
4. Seaming
Fill joints with color-matched epoxy for invisible seams.
Use light clamps to secure until fully cured, then clean excess adhesive immediately.
5. Sealing & Finishing
After installation, apply a stone sealer to prevent water and oil penetration.
Allow 24 hours for curing before using the surface.
Re-seal every 6–12 months for best long-term protection.
6. Daily Care
Clean with pH-neutral cleaners or mild soap and water.
Avoid acid-based products (like vinegar or lemon).
Use mats or coasters under hot or wet items.

Our production base in Fujian has an annual capacity of 1 million square meters. It covers a 2,300 m² manufacturing facility and a 4,000 m² storage yard. The site is equipped with 5 modern production lines, including 3 large gang saws, 18 circular saws, 14 infrared cutting machines, 2 automatic polishing machines, and 7 forklifts, ensuring efficient and high-volume output.
